| Labourer dies at stone query in Kashmir | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Srinagar, May 4 : A labourer was killed when he was hit by a stone in south Kashmir district of Pulwama, official sources said here this afternoon.
They said a group of labourers was working at a stone query at Gunishnad Woyan, Awantipora, in Pulwama when suddenly stones came down from the top.
A labourer Mohammad Geela, a resident of Banihal in Jammu region, was hit by a stone resulting in serious injuries.
He was rushed to Bone and Joint hospital at Barzulla where he died.
Police have registered a case and initiated proceedings, they said.
