| Jaideep, Sohail enter semis of Sr Billiards | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, May 04: Jaideep Manocha and Sohail Khalid today sailed into the semi-finals of senior billiards of the Jammu District Billiards and Snooker Championship underway at Billiards Hall, MA Stadium, here.
In the quarterfinals, played today, Kamal defeated Sumesh Turki in straight frames while Sohail outplayed Sanjeev Gupta 2-1.
Other two quarterfinals shall be played tomorrow, followed by the semi-finals.
The Detailed Results: (Quarterfinals: Sohail Khalid bt Sanjeev Gupta 2-1 (44-100, 100-22, 100-73); Kamal Rohmetra bt Sumesh Turki 2-0 (100-66, 100-75).
