| KV Miran Sahib celebrates colourful annual day | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, May 04: Kendriya Vidyalaya (KV) Miran Sahib today celebrated its 27th annual day with much fervor and enthusiasm at General Zorawar Singh Auditorium, here today.
Deputy Commissioner Jammu, Sanjeev Verma was chief guest, who appreciated the school management for the well organised and entertaining function and encouraged the young students for their level of performance in the three-hour long extravaganza.
He along with Dr Vijayata Verma distributed trophies and other prizes among meritorious students and other staff members.
Guest of honour, Education Officer, KVS (RO), Somita Shrivastava appreciated the efforts of the students and blessed them.
Earlier, soon after lighting of tradition lamp and Saraswati bandana, Principal of the Vidyalaya, B L Morodia welcomed the chief guest and other distinguished gathering. He presented annual report and highlighted the achievements in academics, co-curricular activities and other fields.
Later, vote of thanks was given by senior most teacher of Vidyalaya, Rajni Goja.
