| Kerosene dealer booked for black marketing | | | BHADERWAH NOV-18 A kerosene oil dealer allegedly involved in black marketing was arrested by the Police and a large quantity of oil seized on spot and a case under Essential Supplies Act registered against the accused. On a tip off that one K.oil dealer namely Zegam son of Ghulam Rasool of Sarafa Mohalla Bhaderwah was indulging in black marketing of Kerosene oil, a Police party under the supervision of Inspector Ajay Jamwal SHO Police Station Bhaderwah conducted a raid in the locality. During the raid, the dealer was found selling kerosene oil to Matador drivers thereby depriving the locals from the K Oil. Three containers of 20 litres each of K Oil were seized on the spot. The dealer, the report said, was selling K Oil to the matador drivers at Rs.20 per litre against the cost of Rs.11 per litre. The dealer was arrested on spot and case FIR NO 176 /2006 u/s 409 RPC 3/7 EC Act registered in Police station Bhaderwah and further legal action is being taken against him, the report adds.
