| Drug and Food Control Organisation conducts inspection | | | Early Times Report
KATHUA, May 5: Drug and Food Control Organizations J&K (Jammu) conducted inspection at various Dhabas, hotels, shops, and manufacturer of food material in Kathua.
The inspection was held as per the special drive under the supervision of Assistant Drug and food controller Pankaj Soni, Food inspector district head quarter Kathua Gulam Qadhir, food inspector Hans Raj block Hiranagar Food Inspector , Vikas Gupta block Basohali food Inspector Charanjeet Nagri Parole Kathua.
During the inspection the officers of the Organization said that the main motive to launch the special drive to control the health hazards and adulteration of food material by checking the standard and quality of the food material which is to be consumed by the public.
They said that as per drive the Lakhanpur has taken as sample area where various shops, ice cream industries, hotels dhabas are inspected and samples of ice cream material from the Raja Ice cream industry and Seema Bakery were taken to inspect in the lab. And as per the lab report of the sample the industries would be taken to deal legally by the Food and Drug Control Organization.
