| Lok Adalat on May 25 | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, May 6: A permanent Lok Adalat was held in the District Court Complex, Janipur, under the chairmanship of Principal District and Sessions Judge Jammu A. K. Shan in which two benches were constituted.
Bench No 1 headed by Additional District Judge Bank Cases Jammu and assisted by Presiding Officer MACT Jammu Sanjay Parihar took up 16 bank court cases, out of which, 10 cases were settled.
Bench No 2 headed by CJM Jammu M.S.Parihar and assisted by Forest Magistrate, Jammu Sandeep Kour Jammu took 30 cases of petty criminal nature, out of which, 13 cases were settled and an amount of Rs.5, 300 was realized on the spot. Next Lok Adalat is scheduled to be held on May 25, 2011.
