| District Youth Congress demands employment to local youth in Private sector | | | Early Times Report
UDHAMPUR, May 7: A meeting of District youth congress held under the pesidentship of Rakesh Chander Sharama former Udhampur District youth Congress President.
In the meeting speaker highlighted that the youth is frustrated due to unemployment and it is unfortunate that big companies of private sector like AFCON, L&T, LEIGHTON and Tantya are not giving a chance to serve local youths in their organizations but they preferred to appoint outsiders.
In this address Rakesh Chander Sharma expressed that it is serious matter that big private houses are not keen to appoint local youths for their venture in J&K . He appealed that company should provide employment to the one member of the family atlesat as they provide land for these ventures at cheap rates.
Rakesh Chander Sharma disclosed that recently in his statement Chief Minister Omar Abdullah has given instructions to the high officers to make all possible efforts and pressure wish private sector big companies to provide sector big companies to provide employment to the local youth of the state.
He said that youth Congress will submit a memorandum to the Chief Minister of the state in this regard.
