| Power shut down | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, MAY 07- In order to carry out repairs and to set right the damaged jumpers/droppers of 220KV bus bars and allied equipments installed in 132 KV and 33 KV yards of 220/132/33 KV Grid station Gladni, the shut down of 220/132/33 KV Grid station Gladni on May 8, 2011 from 6.00 A.M. to 12.00 noon is allowed.
The areas affected during the above shutdown period are areas of Jammu city fed from 132/33KV Grid Station, Gladni, Twin districts of Rajour and Poonch and areas being fed from Bari-Brahamana-I, Miransahib, Sidhra and Janipur Grid Stations
According to Chief Engineer, Electric Maintenance & RE Wing, Jammu, the shut down is subject to fair weather conditions.
