There is no need to curtailment in yatra period and should be allowed for full two months. The need is to see that yatries coming from far-off place are comfortable and are not put to any trouble, by taxi wallas, shopkeepers, tentwalas, ponywalas etc etc. The decision taken by Baba Amarnath Yatri Niyas (BAYN) to start yatra as per tradition from June 15 is a welcome step and the authorities should not put any hurdles in smooth functioning of the yatra. |
