| AYN starts online Amaranth Yatra registration | | |  EARLY TIMES
Jammu, May 8: Two days ahead of Shri Amarnath Shrine Board’s (SASB) exercise to conduct registration process, Baba Amaranth Yatra Niyas (BAYN) today opened its own online registration for the pilgrims desirous of undertaking the Amarnath yatra.
Inaugurating the first online registration centre for Yatris at VHP headquarters at Shakti Ashram today, Kailash Chander, North Region’s organising secretary of Vishwa Hindu Parishad said that process of registration would remain open for all people and Niyas would facilitate their yatra as per resources available with Niyas.
Process of online registration for was inaugurated after launching it through the website of Baba Yatri Niyas Registration process of devotees has commenced from various counters established by Baba Yatri Niyas at all tehsil headquarters in Jammu province since 1st May, whereas online registration process started from today.
The registration forms can be collected from any of the registration centres established at tehsil Headquarter in Jammu province or downloaded from Baba Yatri Niyas’s official website, www.amarnathyatriniyas.org. Registration shall be done through yatra permit to be issued on the submission of yatra form at office of Baba Niyas in Jammu. Every pilgrim who is registered through Niyas shall also be provided accidental insurance cover of Rs. 1 lakh.
