Durbar move arrangements pleasing, says CS | | | Early Times Report SRINAGAR, May 8: Chief Secretary, Madhav Lal accompanied by Principal Secretary to Chief Minister, B B Vyas and other senior Officers took stock of the Darbar move arrangements at New Secretariat today. He inspected various sections of the Secretariat including ARI Trainings, Health, Core Computer Section of Planning Department, and School Education which have been modernised as per the latest requirements. Chief Secretary was informed that all arrangements are in place as move offices are opening tomorrow. Later, he also visited Tulsibagh quarters and inspected the facilities made available for the move employees. Chief Secretary was informed that in all 1250 residential quarters are available for the move employees. He was further informed that the facilities like sanitation, portable water and power supply have been ensured at all the residential quarters. Regarding under execution additional block at New Secretariat, the Chief Secretary was informed that this block is coming up at the cost of Rs. 26 Crores. Chief Secretary was accompanied by Principal, Secretary B.B.Vyas, Commissioner Secretary, General Administration Department, Mohammad Syed, Director of Information and Public Relations, Khawaja Farooq Renzushah, District Development Commissioner, Srinagar, M.A.Kakroo, Director Estates, Khursheed Ahmed and other Officers.
