| Over 100 militantswaiting to sneak in: HM | | | Agencies
New Delhi, May 8: According to official sources around 700 militants are getting training across the LoC . The sources said 100 militants were waiting at the launching pads to sneak into the state.
Home Ministry sources said: "Notwithstanding our repeated protests, the terror infrastructure hasnot been dismantled in Pakistan. And militants are being trained in camps across the border. There are around 42 training camps across the LoC." Sources suggest that Pakistan may try to push more LeT militants into the state in a bid to divert attention from Islamabad after killing of Osama bin Laden in Abbottabad last week. Recent cease-fire violations, sources said, indicate that Pakistan was desperate to push militants into the state. Pertinent to mention, Pakistan resorts to firing along the border when there is an attempt of infiltration by the militants. |
