| Police arrests drug peddler | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Srinagar May 9 : Police today claimed to have arrested an alleged drug peddler in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district.
A police spokesman said Baramulla Police apprehended Siraju-Din Shiekh of Shiekhpora, Kreeri during a naka after specific information was received by SDPO Tangmarg.
“The SDPO Tangmarg along with SHO Tangmarg laid a naka at Hardu Madam Crossing Tangmarg and apprehended Siraju-Din while he was traveling towards Tangmarg. 800 grams of Brown Sugar Powder was recovered from his possession,” he claimed.
