| CAPD imposed fine of Rs 4250 | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Samba, May 10:-
Officials of Consumer Affair and Public Distribution conducted a surprise visit to the shopkeepers of Samba district and imposed fine to the tune of Rs 4250 to the defaulters. he fine was later realized by them.
A team of CAPD including Assistant Director Ramesh Chander and Tehsil Supply Officer B.D. Singh paid a surprise visit to the shopkeepers of village Raipur in Samba district to check the quality of the products and their weighing system. During checking they found various discrepancies and accordingly imposed fine to the defaulters and collected the same.
