| Kranti Dal thanks Municipal Commissioner | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, May 11: The Kranti dal has thanked the Municipal commissioner for providing street lights from Indira Chowk to Sant Gorakh Singh Marg, B.C. Road for public safety especially. The darkened roads subjected people especially women to inconvenience.
General Secretary of the Dal, Pritam Sharma urged the Municipal Commissioner to provide similar facility from B.C. Road to Resham Ghar, where there is a under bridge way. Chain snatchers and anti social elements always gather there to take the undue advantage of the darkness. Females always feel uncomfortable while passing through the area, he said.
Daf requested the Municipal Commissioner to visit the area and provide street lights for public safety.
Rakesh Mehta, Akhil Gandotra, Vijay Kumar, Varun Gupta, Rahul Singh Manhas, Sankul Gupta, Himanshu Bali, Harasis Singh and others were also present.
