This certificate is given to brave Dogras to get relaxation in getting recruitment in central para-military forces, now when govt has revoked this order and make PRC as its replacement is step taken in wrong direction. I myself live in Rajouri and support the Dogra certificate and there is no need to change the status of this certificate.
