| Power shut down | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, MAY 12 – To carry out the work of shifting of 66 KV IGC-I line emanating from 132/66 KV Grid Station Samba, the power supply to the DC office Samba, Sapwal, Barian and its adjoining areas, Sumb and adjoining areas, Bainglar, PHE Rakh, DD Samba, all industries located in Phase-I and Phase-II of Industrial Growth Centre Samba, shall remain affected on May 14 from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m.
According to the Superintending Engineer, Elect M&RE Circle-I, Jammu, the shut down is subject to fair weather conditions.
Meanwhile, to carry out the routine/preventive maintenance of 33 KV main and reserve bus bar including isolators, breakers etc at 132/33 KV Grid Station, Janipur, the power supply to the areas fed by the line will remain affected on May 15 from 6 a.m. to 1 p.m.
