Observe dress code and maintain decorum in the hospital : Sham | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU, MAY 12 - Minister for Health, Sham Lal Sharma, today inspected functioning of Sarwal Hospital and the examination centre set up in the hospital premises to conduct Ancillary Medical Training (AMT) examination.
The Minister went round the hospital and reviewed the functioning of each section of the institutions.
Sham interacted with the doctors and inquired about the stocks of medicine and the working of diagnostic equipments. He also talked to patients and inquired from them about the Medicare facilities being provided to them.
The Minister asked the Medical and Para – Medical staff to observe dress code and maintain decorum in the hospital. He asked them to be responsive to the visiting patients and provide best possible treatment to them. He also checked the records, including the patient register at each section.
Later, the Minister inspected the Ancillary Medical Training exam center set up in the hospital premises. He interacted with the supervisory staff and inquired about the arrangements made for smooth conduct of the examination. He said that the government was keen to produce capable manpower in health sector to ensure delivery of best Medicare services on the ground.
