| The Civils ,TAKSHILLA felicitates KAS officers | | |  Early Times Report
JAMMU, May 14: The felicitating ceremony of KAS officers 2009 was conducted and organized by "The Civils", Jammu along with TAKSHILLA - The Knowledge hub at Jammu club. The main motive of this event was to honor the qualified candidates of J&K combined competitive examination 2009.Around 200 successful candidates were present on the occasion besides 100 odd aspirants.
The Chief guest in the occasion was Mohd Shari Pundit, IAS Retired (formal chairman J&K public service commission) who threw light on length and breadth about the civil service examination and shared his experience of his bright career.K S Jaiswal was the guest of honor.
The welcome address was given by Shabir A Khan (KPS Topper 2009). He stressed on the need of dedication and determination by aspirants to crack this exam. Besides he shared some of his experiences in the field of teaching and guiding civil service aspirants.
M Sadashiv Puri, Concept advisor of TAKSHILLA-The knowledge hub said on the occasion that governance relates to decision that defines expectation, grant of power and verifying performance.
K Bashar (chairman, The Civils charitable trust) in his vote of thanks gave a silken touch about the preparation of examination.
