| GHSS Nagrota bags girls U-17 kho-kho title | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, May 14: Government Girls Higher Secondary School (GHSS) Nagrota today clinched the girls’ under-17 kho-kho title in the two-day inter-school tournament of Dansal zone, organised by Department of Youth Services and Sports (DYSS) at Youth Hostel Nagrota near here.
In the final, played today, GHSS Nagrota defeated Government Higher Secondary School, Jajjar Kotli 12-11 in a well contested final.
Similarly, the boys’ under-17 kho-kho final was won by Government Higher Secondary School Jajjar Kotli beating GHSS Nagrota 15-11.
The boys’ under-17 kabaddi title went to Holy Trinity Convent School after the side defeated GHSS Nagrota 32-15 in the final.
Earlier, the girls’ under-14 kho-kho trophy was clinched by Grace Field Academy outplaying GHSS Jajjar Kotli 7-3.
