| Militants attack a CRPF camp with grenade | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Srinagar, May 14 : Militants hurled a hand grenade towards a Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) camp at Karan Nagar, about a km away from civil secretariat, seat of the government, last night, official sources said here.
They said militants hurled a hand grenade towards the camp from a distance.
However, the grenade missed the intended target and exploded outside the camp without causing any damage.
This was the first such grenade attack on CRPF camp after the darbar move offices shifted to summer capital, Srinagar from Jammu on May 9.
