Sarpanches competent to issue Dogra Certificate : Bhim Singh

Jammu, May 15: Bhim Singh chairman Jammu and Kashmir National Panthers Party today issued a legal advisory that sarpanches are competent to issue Dogra Certificate to fulfill the aspirations of the Dogras.
He said that the Panchayats are competent authority in this regard and the Army recruitment boards shall oblige to honour such certificates.
Panthers Party Chief said that in democracy identity of the people is the basic fundamental right which cannot be denied to the people.
He said that party condemned the Union Government’s failure to check the price hike of petrol and other commodities thus causing a catastrophe to the lives of the people.
He also described the J&K Cabinet decision for the so called return and rehabilitation of the terrorists from Pakistan, which amounts to the infringement of the Supreme Court order staying the Resettlement Act.
He said that this decision of the Chief Minister is highly dangerous to the security of India particularly when terrorist are forced to leave Pakistan under pressure.
Panthers Party visited his home village Bhugterian and found dozen of his relations and other villagers injured are bounded by the police. He demanded immediate suspension of Ramnagar Tehsildar, SDPO and SHO who were the real culprits in the police assault of the villagers at the instance of the government.
The Panthers Party also condoled the demise of veteran Kissan leader Mohinder Singh Tekat this morning and said that death of Tekat has cause of great vacuum in the Kissan Movement in India.
