| Mela Kheer Bhawani arrangements discussed | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, May 16:
A meeting of the members of Ardh Ratri Maha Regheneya Sewa Sanstha Trust was held at Mata Kheer Bhawani Peeth, Bhawani Nagar, Janipura to review the arrangements required to be made in connection with ensuing Mela Kheer Bhawani to be celebrated on June 9.
The meeting was convened under the Chairmanship of M L Safaya, Pradhan of the Sanstha.
Heads of various Sub-Committees informed the meeting that all preparations required to be made by the Sanstha for smooth conduct of the Annual Mela, 2011 have already been completed at the Peeth.
All concerned departments of the State like PHE, Police, POD, Fire Services & Health etc are being approached to take all suitable steps required in connection with the Mela so that thousands of devotees who are expected to visit the Peeth to seek the blessings of the Divine Mother on this occasion are not subjected to any unnecessary inconvenience.
It was also informed that the evening Aarti on the day of the Mela will be offered at 7.30 pm sharp.
