terming leasing of land to outsiders in Jammu & Kashmir state a threat to ongoing dialogue process for resolving long pending Kashmir dispute, Mirwaiz while addressing an extra ordinary meeting of Hurriyat Executive Committee said leasing of land in internationally acclaimed disputed territory of Jammu & Kashmir state is unacceptable for Hurriyat Conference.
Saying that a deep rooted conspiracy is being hatched to change the ground reality in Jammu & Kashmir state by leasing land to outsiders, Mirwaiz announced hurriyat's decision to thwart all attempts of leasing land in any part of Jammu and Kashmir state to outsiders till the final settlement of Kashmir issue.
