| Delegation of Jammu and Kashmir Teachers Forum met CEO | | |

JAMMU, May 18: A deputation of Jammu and Kashmir teacher forum Samba under the leadership of Ganesh Khajuria met the Chief Education Officer Ravi Dubey in which various problems being faced by the teaching by the community were discussed for their early redressal.
The main demands included reshuffling of teaching staff deployed in the various educational offices including the office of CEO samba and all ZEO offices of district Samba who have completed two years in the office, sanction of time bound promotion(INSITU) in favour of masters and teacher ,to credit the DA arrears 8 percent and 6 percent into GPF account of the teachers, inclusion of the five years service of RET’s for their promotion benefits, deduction of GPF of RET;s teacher who has been regularized after .1.1.10.
The CEO Samba gave a patient hearing and assured to take the necessary steps to resolve the long pending demands of the teaching community.
