JAMMU, May 18: Special judge anti-corruption, Jammu, A K Koul today granted five days custodial remand of Yaseer Qureshi, an accused in the fake gun license scam.
SIT SI Jai Pal Sharma today produced Qureshi, who was arrested on May 13 last, before the court and prayed for his 10 days custodial remand.The judge observed that the allegations attributed to the accused were of serious nature and required a detailed probe and further custodial interrogation of the accused and granted five days police remand of the accused with the direction to the IO to get him medically examined after every 24 hours.
