Master mind of Udhampur Car bomb blast- a Pakistani militant Ghulam Sarver who went underground few weeks ago have reportedly passed his matriculation examination from Bangladesh and has managed class 12th Marks card from Board of School Education Jammu. He had also managed Permanent Resident Certificate from Tehisldar Thamanandi and Driving License from Poonch.
Intelligence sources said that Ghulam Sarver- Pakistani militant on ISI mission in Jammu & Kashmir who have went under ground few weeks after his name figured in Udhampur Car Bomb Blast has get matriculation certificate from Bangladesh and he has managed 12th class marks card from Board of School Education Jammu. Although it is yet to be confirmed who has issued these certificates and whether he has faced any examination or not but agencies have taken the issue seriously and they have initiated an in-depth investigation on these certificates.
Sources said that intelligence agencies are investigating about these marks cards and their process of issuance. Sources said that agencies are also investigating about the issuance of PRC by Tehsildar besides Driving License from Poonch.
Intelligence sources said that Ghulam Sarver had first purchased a Tata Sumo vehicle and then he managed a Truck which was operating on Jammu-Poonch route.
Although he was on secret mission in Rajouri and the mission is still to be ascertained but sources said he was assigned a new job of killing a Muslim girl Ruksana Kousar who had axed a dreaded militant in Shadara Sharief area in 2009. Sources said that agencies had received this input and they are investigating on it. Meanwhile security of Ruksana have been beefed up after this revelation.
Sources said that police have already taken three people in custody about their involvement with Ghulam Sarver but police has yet to reach on the conclusion about the secret mission of Pakistani militant in Rajouri.
When contacted Assistant Superintendent of Police Rajouri has confirmed that Ghulam Sarver has managed 1oth class marks card from Bangladesh and 12th class from JKBOSE in Rajouri. He however said that he could not speak any more on the issue.
