| EC to meet on May 27 | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
SRINAGAR, May 19:
In order to discuss the situation arising out of shedding seeds by the Poplar trees across the Valley which is emerging as a health and environment hazard Environment Committee of
Legislative Assembly will hold a meeting on May 27 in the Assembly complex here.
The Committee has invited the officers of Pollution Control Board, Environment, Science & Technology and Forest departments for suggesting appropriate preventive measures on the subject.
