| Civil Defence senior wardens hold meet | | |  EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu , May 19
Meeting of Civil Defence Senior Wardens has been held under the chairmanship of Sanjeev Verma Dy Commissioner Controller Civil Defence .
The main purpose to hold this meeting was to re-activate Civil Defence
activities in Jammu city in general and in particular. He also discussed the role of Civil Defence during the time of disaster. He stressed that training/ CD activities be extended to rural areas. He briefed to the CD wardens/ staff about role of the Civil Defence activates.
The meeting was also attended by senior police wardens of CD Town Jammu Vivak Sharma Asstt. Commissioner (General) Jammu J.S Johan SP(City) Jammu B.D Sharma Secretary Radha Madhav Trust Jammu, Kalil-Ur- Rehman, SP, Dy Chief Warden Jia Lal Sharma Divisional Warden Shashi Kohli Divisional Warden, Post Wardens Dy Post wardens & Sector Wardens were also present on the occasion.
Khalil-Ur-Rehman, Dy. SP Deputy Controller Civil defence Jammu thanked
to Sanjeev Verma, IAS Dy Commissioner-cum-Controller Civil Defence,
Jammu Senior Police officers and other Civil Defence Wardens for having fruitful discussion & participation in the meeting.
