| One gets bail in fake gun license scam | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, May 20: Special judge anti-corruption, A K Koul today
granted conditional bail to one person allegedly involved in the
fake gun licence case.
The court granted bail to Baldev Raj with the direction that he beset free in the present case provided he furnished personal bond and surety bond to the tune of Rs 50,000 each with the condition that he would not leave the state without the court permission.
He was also directed not to come in contact with the prosecution
witnesses and attend IO as and when required. The court said that the breach of any of these conditions would entail the petitioner to cancellation of bail.
