Dead body of ‘militant’ recovers from Baflias | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT Rajouri, May 20 Police has recovered dead body of a militant from Baflias area of district Poonch who has believed to have been killed during May 8 encounter at Dogra area of Baflias. Although police has still register it an unidentified body, locals have given statement to police that the dead body belongs to a militant who was operating in the area few weeks ago. Sources said that Surankote Police has recovered a dead body of militant from Baflias Nallah near Bridge on Mughal Road. Although police has not recovered anything which confirmed that it is the body of militant however police has got verified from the locals who have confirmed him as militant, Police authorities have confirmed that they have recovered a body believed to be of militants from Baflias. Police said that the militant might have skipped from Dogra on May 8 encounter in which three militants had escaped from the forest. “He may have received bullet in the gun battle in that operation”, police said adding that they have taken the body to Sub District Hospital Surankote where his post mortems was conducted by a team of doctors. Lator he was buried in Surankote.
