| GDC Ramban releases ‘The Radiant’ | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, May 21: Minister for Higher Education Abdul Gani Malik released the newsletter of Govt. Degree College Ramban “The Radiant” in presence of MLA Ramban Ashok Kumar and Director Colleges Dr. Sham Lal Gupta.
Minister was on a visit to take stock of the ongoing construction work of the college building at Karol Kundi Ramban. Minister appreciated efforts of the Principal of College Prof. Kalpana Kesar and the editorial team for publishing the College Newsletter. Prof. Kalpana Kesar welcomed the Minister and other dignitaries.
ADC Ramban Ajay Jamwal, Private Secretary V.D.Gandotra and OSD to Minister for Higher Education Dr. G.Q Sheikh and prominent citizens were also present on the occasion. NSS volunteers of the College under the guidance of NSS Programme officer Prof. S.A. Ganai also gave a warm welcome to the dignitaries.
Later on, Minister interacted with the staff and students. He expressed his satisfaction over the functioning of the college. Principal and the staff highlighted the need for road connectivity, water supply and electrification of the college campus.
