| Backward Classes union submit charter of demands | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, May 21: A deputation of all India Backward Classes union met Mohan Prakash General Secretary AICC and incharge Jammu and Kashmir under the chairmanship of Abdul Majid Malik.
A charter of demands included enhancement of reservation from 2% to 27%, Enhancement of Creamy Layer from 3 lac to 6 lac. OBC Certificate instead of OSC Certificate, ment for both State and Centre Services. Abolishing income criteria from OBC student scholarship.
Those who were present in the gathering were Abdul qadir, Ayoob Bhatt, Puran Chargotra, Ayodhya Kumar Bansi lal Choudhary, Mansa Ram, R. P. Salaria, Shambu Nath, Sudesh Tidyal, K.K. Kapoor, and others.
