| WCG goes for reaccreditation | | |  EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, May 21: On the three day visit of NAAC (National Assessment and Accreditation Council), peer team comprising of the chairperson, S.F Patil former vice chancellor Bharti Vidya Peeth , Sudheer S V, director ,UGC Academic council and Vandana Chakabarti , Director Deptt. of continuing and adult education and extension, reassessed the different parameters of the institution.
The team visited various departments of the college and interacted with the principal , teaching and non teaching staff, students alumini and the parents to get the feedback.
The team also held an interaction with in charge of different cells, clubs and committees.
Today the concluding day of visit the principal Kiran greeted the NAAC peer team followed by an address by S V Sudheer who entitled the college as a grand old institution having immense potential in the shape of principal, teacher and students to reach the excellence. He termed teacher as the kingpins and entrusted upon them with the duty to teach students learn to loose and enjoy winning . S F Patil formally handed over the recommendation report of NAAC Peer team to the principal Kiran Bakshi .While speaking on the occasion Patil congratulated the principal for her dynamic leadership and futuristic vision which can pave way for the bright and glorious future of the institution.
He had word of appreciation for all the departments and IQAC of the college in particular . M.S Pathania co-coordinator IQAC, presented vote of thanks.
