Samiti seeks constitution of board for Dharmarth temples | | | Early Times Report JAMMU, May 21: Dharmarth Trust Sudhar Sangarsh Samiti (DTSSS) has urged the government to constitute a board for management of temples which are being presently looked after by Dharmarth trust. According to a handout, a meeting of Dharmarth Trust Sudhar Sangarsh Samiti was today held today under the Chairmanship of Amar Nath Shastri, Dr. S.C.Gupta and Thakur Kamail Chand. In the meeting, a resolution was passed demanding that a board of Dharmarth Temples be constituted like Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board to take care of all temples. Speaking on the occasion Dr. S.C Gupta highlighted the miserable condition of the temples looked after by the Dharmarth Trust. He said that the condition of Heritage temples at Purmandal and adjoining areas is miserable. General Secretary Kamail Chand. Community in the state and to maintain the "Astha" of the pilgrims was to constitute a board of all the temples of Dharmarth Trust. The others who spoke on the occasion were Pritam Sharma, Govind Ram, Ved Gandotra, Krishan Kapoor, Naresh Kumar, Shashi Pal, Mohan Lal, Rahul Verma, Raju Tali, Jai Krishan, Sohan Lal, Kishori Lal, Pawan Khajuria, Amit Kumar, Dev Raj Sharma and Purshotam Sharmu.
