| Kalsiyan XI, Jhanger XI win in Nowshera league | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
RAJOURI, May 24: Kalsiyan XI and Jhanger XI made it easy wins over their opponents to advance in the Noushera Premier League T20 Cricket Tournament, organised by Naushera Brigade of Indian Army at Rumlidhara grounds, here today.
In the first match, Kalsiyan defeated Kalal XI. Kalal scored 83 runs in 16 overs while Kalsiyan chased the target rather easily. Parmeet Singh was declared man of the match.
In another match, Jhanger XI thrashed Lam XI to move into the second round. After winning the toss and electing to bat first, Lam XI scored 111 runs in 14 overs, which Jhanger XI chased in 12 overs. Ravi of Jhanger XI was adjudged man of the match.
