| Permanent Lok Adalat held | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, May 26: A permanent Lok Adalat was held in the District Court Complex Samba under the chairmanship of Suresh Kumar Sharma chairman District Legal Services Authority Samba today.
In the Lok Adalat two benches were constituted.
Bench No.1 was headed by Suresh Kumar Sharma chairman Distt Legal Services Authority, Pr district and session judge Samba assisted by Archan Charak Addl. Munsiff, Samba to deal with Bank, Civil, MACT cases and petty criminal matters of Sub Judge CJM, Court, Samba.
Nine cases were taken up and three cases were settled in the said Lok Adalat.
Bench No.2 was headed by S.R. Gandhi Sub Judge CJM, Samba and assisted by Swati Gupta Munsiff and Addl Munsiff, Samba.
Twenty seven cases were taken up and 14 cases were settled in the Lok Adalat.
