| IRP cop drowns in canal | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
SAMBA, May 26: A cop of IRP 4th Bn drowned in the canal at Nanke Chak here today.Police sources said Rameez Ahmad of Sougam, Kupwara, drowned in the canal at Nanke Chak while he was taking bath.His body was later fished out by police and shifted to hospital mortuary.Police had registered a case in this connection.
