345 Recruits pass out from STC BSF

UDHAMPUR, May 27:
345 recruits were inducted in the Border Security Force on Friday at a passing-out parade held at Subsidiary Training Centre (STC) in Udhampur after completing their rigorous training of 36-weeks,. Deputy Inspector General BSF, STC BSF Asif Ali took the salute and reviewed the parade.

Deputy Inspector General BSF, STC BSF Asif Ali while addressing the gathering emphasized the importance of hard work, dedication to duty, protection of human rights and high degree of integrity while discharging the duties on the border and internal security duties. He reminded the recruits that they are the first line of defence for the country and it is their primary duty to ensure the sanctity of the borders.

He also lauded the role of the officers and the training staff of the STC in shaping these young men to shoulder the responsibility. He, however, also awarded medals to the recruits for their outstanding performance and lauded the role of the trainers.
