Bikram Singh Yadgar committee organizing ‘Akhand Path’

JAMMU, NOV 21
Lt. Gen Bikram Singh Yadgar Committee, Bikram Chowk is organizing Akhand Path continuously for 48 hours here in memory of Lt Gen Bikram Singh and four other senior defense officers who were killed in a helicopter crash in Poonch sector on 22nd November, 1963.
Organising committee under the chairmanship of Lalita Sharma and Corporator in a press conference said that besides committee is organizing Kirtan in which Hazoori Ragi Jatha of Darbar Sahib, Ragi Amrik Singh Rattan and Singh Sahib of Darbar Sahib will deliver lectures in the Shradhanjali Samaroh.
Chief Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad, his cabinet colleagues, MLAs, MLCs, councilors and prominent leaders of political parties, social and of religious communities are participating to pay tributes to the departed souls. Langar is also organised on the occasion. She said, all the nationalist citizens are invited to participate in the function.
