| Sainik school felicitates meritorious alumni students | | |  Early Times Report
JAMMU, May 28: A special felicitation ceremony was organized by Sainik school Nagrota to commend the meritorious performance of its alumni in IAS, IFS and KAS examination 2011 and to honour the cadets for bringing laurels to the state in general and to their almamaster in particular. Addressing the achievers on their stupendous feat, Gp Capt Ajay Kumar, Principal stated that Sainik School Nagrota has made illustrious contribution in various fields by producing officers in Army, Navy, Air Force and other civil departments and success is not a onetime event, it has to be progressive.
While complementing the cadets, he added that such remarkable accomplishments will act as a driving force for the youngsters t to set higher targets for themselves in future.
Among the distinguished achievers cadet Bhupinder Kumar and Cadet Vimersh Bhagat came out with flying colours in IAS and Cadet Tsewang Gyaltson was successful in IFS. In addition Cadets Shafiq Ahmed, Javed Masoodi, Usman Khan, Vishavjeet Singh, Vikas Attri, Vivek Attri, Ather Amin Zargar, Jigmet Namgyal and Sunil Kesar proved in KAS 2011 that they were a class apart.
Lt Col MP Singh, Sena Medal, Headmaster, Maj Sunil Pandita, Sena Medal himself an alumni of the school also complimented the cadets on this occasion.
During their interaction, the meritorious cadets expressed their deep sense of gratitude to their teachers and support staff for their selfless contribution in grooming them to face tough challenges with grit and determination.
