| CRPF commandoes to guard Vaishnodevi bhavan | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, May 28: In view of possible militant threats, security at the highly reverred Shri Mata Vaishnodevi cave shrine has been further beefed up with the deployment of CRPF commandoes.
The security had been further strengthened in the Trikuta hills housing Mata Vaishnodevi cave shrine with the additional deployment of para-military forces including commandoes at the bhavan, official sources said. Apart from the deployment of commandoes at the bhawan, additional CRPF men had been deployed en route to the cave shrine, the sources added.
Locals had also been requested to contact police, or security forces in case they sighted suspicious persons. |
