| Self-styled militants arrested in extortion case | | |
RAJOURI | NOV 21
Three self-style militants involved in extortion were arrested by Manjkote police today.
According to reports a police team led by Dy. SP Kulwant Singh Jasrotia along with Manjakote police laid ambush to nab the militants reportedly moving in the area. Instead they apprehended three persons involved in extortion. During interrogation the persons identified are Javed Ahmed, Pervez Ahmed and Mohd. Hanif all residents of Ghambir Mughlam of Ditrict Rajouri. All of them were arrested and put under lock in the police station.
During interrogation they confessed about their involvement in extortion since long. A case has been registered.
