| Col's wallet stolen from Katra hotel | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, May 29: The wallet of an army Colonel was stolen by some unknown persons from a hotel room at Katra where he checked in last night.
Col Tarun Madan of Maal Road, Kanpur, checked in Surya Plaza hotel at Katra last night. After some time, he locked his room and went out.
However, when he returned he found that someone had stolen his wallet by entering the room from the broken glass window, police sources said.In his report to police, the colonel said his wallet contained a cash of Rs 17,000 and a gold bangle.Though police had registered a case in this connection, the accused were yet to be apprehended.
