Special Judge Anticorruption Jammu Mr. JR Kotwal today granted two days police remand of ASI Bharat Bushan Koul of Police Station Bus-Stand, who was caught red-handed by a team of VOJ near Court Complex Janipur, while he was accepting bribe from the complainant.
Vigilance Organization today produced Bahrat Bushan Koul before the Court with the application for obtaining Police remand for custodial investigation. The Court after hearing the VOJ granted remand till November 23, 2006.
