| Warm send off accorded to Horticulture officer | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, May 31:
The officers and staff of the horticulture department today organized an impressive function to accord farewell to Sumit Kumar Sharma, Information and Publicity Officer of the Directorate of Horticulture on his superannuation.
Sumit Sharma has rendered nearly 35 years of meritorious service in the horticulture department in different capacities.
Among others, Joint Director Horticulture J N Sharma, Deputy Director Information (PR) Jammu, Suram Chand Sharma, Deputy Director Rural Development Jammu Dr Bharat Bhushan, other officers from Horticulture and relatives and friends of the retiring officer were present.
Speaking on the occasion, the Speakers appreciated the qualities of head and heart of the retiring officers and recalled the meritorious services of Sharma.
They wished him happy and prosperous retired life.
Director Horticulture Jammu J L Sharma presided over the function and wished him happy and prosperous retired life. He lauded the meritorious services of the officer.
