| Man beaten by father-in-law, others | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, May 31: A factory worker was beaten by his father-in-law and
the latter's other family members at Rathana Morh in Bari Brahmana
near her last night.
Police said Vijay Kumar was returning home from a Bari Brahmana
factory after the day's work when he was intercepted allegedly by
his father-in-law and others and given a sound beating.
Vijay, who was admitted to the GMC hospital, told police in his
statement that he was beaten because he was not keeping good
relations with his wife.
Though police had registered a case against the accused, they were
yet to be apprehended.
