| Rajput Sabha, Billawar holds convention | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, June 1: Shri Amar Kshatriya Rajput Sabha Tehsil Billawar celebrated its annual convention at Billawar with great pomp and show.
A Large number of Biradari members including women members of adjoining villages participated in the function. The elected Sarpanches and Panches of the community were present on the occasion.
The function was presided over by the Hukam Singh Ex-Rajput Sabha President Tehsil Billawar and the chief guest was Narayan Singh president Shri Amar Kshatriya Rajput Sabha J & K Jamnu.
The convention was organised by Raj Kumar president Rajput Sabha Tehsil Billawar. The newly elected panches and Sarpanches were presented with mementos for their success in the Panchayat elections.
All the sarpanches and Panches assured to the Biradri and President of the central Sabha, that they will serve the people with their utmost ability irrespective Caste and creed and do nothing which will discredit the community.
Narayan singh in his address stressed for unity among the Birdari members and asked them to follow the foot steps of elders of the community.
