| Soz mourns Prof Inderjeet’s demise | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
NEW DELHI, June 2:
President, Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee Prof Saifuddin Soz has expressed deepest anguish over the demise of Prof Inderjeet Singh, former head of the Economics Department of Jammu University.
Prof Soz said in a statement that although Prof Inderjeet Singh never showed off his learning, he was really knowledgeable on issues of economics.
Prof Soz said that Inderjeet Singh would be remembered long for his gentlemanliness and his compassion for the masses.
He further said that Singh’s demise is a great loss to the people of the state.
