Congress (INTUC) Bhaderwah, Manish Kotwal alleged that the mass level bunglings, favouritism and mismanagement in Krishi Vigyan Kendra (SAKUST-J) Bhaderwah said in a press Confrence organized here today. Addressing to Media persons INTUC President Manish Kotwal said that after taking cognizance of complaint from poor farmers of Bhaderwa, he alleged that KVK Bhaderwah is plagued with favouritism and mismanagement.
Kotwal also alleged that whenever our farmers approaches agriculture Universty for solving their problems they always found that the concerned specialist didn`t available at that time and their problems never be solved till date.He also alleged that the Department has given FLD`s to the kith and kin of the incharge , influential persons and non deserving farmers .No action has been taken till date and incharge distributed some walnuts among the staff and higher authorities
He said that the incharge is misusing the funds of KVK`s by showing fraud trainings . Few womens has been selected for their training and he also stressed upon that the training should be given to the womens of different areas of Bhadarwah and not to particular area. Kotwal stressed upon the higher authority as well as Govt. to take prompt action against the incharge and demanded high level inquiry in the FLD`s & walnut distribution and demanded honest officer should be deputed for the KVK Bhadarwah for the welfare of the farmers. |
